Over the past few months we have shared with you inspiration and ideas for our new Design Atelier and Antique Showroom. It has been a long time dream to awaken the world to the beauty and experience of timeless antiques, and further incorporate these storied pieces into the modern home. While our White Bridge Pike location has allowed us to lay the foundation of this design journey, the constraints of a smaller showroom – as well as it being tucked into an obscure office building – have not allowed us to fully carry out this vision. We are thrilled to finally have a large and airy space to educate, collaborate, and create beautiful custom spaces.

This next chapter represents a profound season of change in the life of Debbie Mathews Antiques and Designs. Along with our physical move, we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make changes to our branding as well as our design processes and systems in an effort to create an elevated client and shopper experience. With this in mind, we decided to combine our design and antiques instagram accounts into one – @debbiemathewshome. We believe this new instagram handle more accurately reflects the synergy between our design aesthetic and love of antiques and will encompass our new and broader selection of personal and home retail offerings.
When we open our doors for business, you will find many new goodies ranging from Italian handbags, luxury stone accessories, linens, fine papers, and so much more. The best part is our new and much improved check out process. We have designed a beautiful cash wrap counter, which will be attended by our Showroom and Studio managers Monday – Saturday for your shopping and gifting convenience. We are all eager to welcome you in and provide, for the first time ever, Saturday hours!

My team and I are ready to embrace the journey that lies ahead and look forward to sharing it with you. On a personal note, we are looking forward to having more office space, desks of our own, and a larger and more organized resource room. And with collaboration being a key company pillar, we designed multiple spaces for meeting with design clients as well as team brainstorming that are not only inspirational, but comfortable as well. Our end objective is to provide a warm, intentional, and spacious environment to improve focus, while also encouraging working together to reach a common goal — creating timeless. collected. beautiful. interiors for you!

We are so close to fulfilling these dreams, but aren’t quite there yet.
